Dr. Ja'far Mansur Al-Khaza'leh received his PhD in Animal Sciences/Animal Production from the Hohenheim University (Germany) in 2015. In Sep. 2015, he was hired as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and food processing at Al-Balqa Applied University. He currently works full-time as associate professor and he is concurrently occupying a position of the head of department of Nutrition and Food Processing (2021- to present). Additionally, Al-Khaza'leh was appointed to several administrative positions. He has published more than 25 research articles in refereed scientific journals. Al-Khaza'leh interested in conducting research about nutritional, environmental and management factors that improve livestock production sustainability and efficiency to ensure food security
